		<description>I am glad that taxpayers have done their homework. For many many years I have seen these fads come, suck the money out of a system and then fail.

This is the same system as was used with the failed Thayer Academy.
It uses all the failed methods of Outcome Based education, Goals 2000; collectivist learning, constructivism and the discovery method. It is not skills based.

It is merely another iteration of Theodore Sizer&#039;s CES, a failure.

In addition to fuzzy methods, revisionist history and a political agenda are rife within these systems, especially in the UN program called &quot;IB&quot;.
